Originally from Ohio, Nicole was raised in So. Padre Island, TX and studied Accounting at the University of Texas at Brownsville. Nicole has over 25 years of finance and bookkeeping experience and is a QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor. She offers a wide range of financial and small business knowledge to all BH clients. When not at the office, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
Something interesting - Nicole can play the flute, piccolo, saxophone, bass saxophone and marimba!

Larry is a native Texan and has lived in Central Texas for over 19 years. Larry has extensive experience in management operations and plays a huge role in keeping our firm running with streamlined efficiency. He brings a very detailed and methodical presence to our daily operations. Larry enjoys landscape & wildlife photography and takes pleasure in sharing the outdoors with friends and family.
Something interesting - Larry lead a one year project with the Tx Bighorn Society to monitor Bighorn activity surrounding guzzlers in Big Bend!

Born and raised in Southern Indiana, Carla received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Southern Indiana. Carla has over 33 years of experience in bookkeeping and is a former CPA. With her experience, she provides great insight to our office and a value added experience to our clients. In her free time, Carla enjoys hiking and spending time with her friends and family.

Mandi Carter
Sr. Bookkeeper / Client Account Manager

Mandi is from the panhandle of Texas and graduated from Southwestern University in Georgetown with a bachelor’s degree. In addition, she holds a Bookkeeping Certificate from Austin Community College. She adds over 13 years of bookkeeping and client management experience to our firm and is at home working in our fast-paced, customer service-oriented environment. Mandi’s favorite activities include boating and hiking with her husband and two dogs.
Something interesting - Mandi enjoys volunteering at her local animal shelter and learning about native plants!
Bookkeeper
Trina has called Liberty Hill her home for over 30 years and loves the Central Texas lifestyle. She possesses several decades of customer service and accounting experience and is a self-motivated "go-getter". After leaving the office, Trina enjoys spending time with her daughter and taking care of her pig, chickens, dog and cats. She also isn't afraid of a hammer and nails and has been known to tackle a weekend DIY project or two.
Something interesting - Trina hopes to one day have a self-sustaining farm and rescue/rehabilitate animals.
Bookkeeper
Abigail is from the beautiful town of Wimberley and has lived and worked in Texas all of her life. Her combined bookkeeping and customer service experience totals nearly 20 years which helps add a personal touch to our overall client experience. When she is not working she enjoys playing video games, spending time with animals and reading horror novels.

Bookkeeper
Anne is half Norwegian but 100% Texan and has lived in the Austin area for most of her life. She was Valedictorian of her high school class and has continued studying business administration and accounting in college. Anne has over a decade of bookkeeping experience and is QuickBooks certified. She serves our clients that have complex bookkeeping needs very well with her critical thinking and problem solving skills.
Something interesting - Anne enjoys home remodeling projects and working on engines!
Bookkeeping Assistant
Originally from Mexico, Isabel has been a Texan for over 20 years. She is bilingual and completed an MBA from Sul Ross State University in the West Texas town of Alpine. In addition to her education, she has extensive experience in non-profit and small business management. Isabel is passionate about minimalist holistic living and enjoys reading, crafting and spending time with her family.
Something interesting - She's a black belt in Tae Kwon Do!
Bookkeeper / Bookkeeping Assistant
Tarrissa grew up in the panhandle before moving to Central Texas. She helps things run smoothly at the office by utilizing her management and payroll experience and also her attention to detail. Outside the office, Tarrissa enjoys the outdoors and a variety of fine arts and likes to spend her free time writing, painting, and soaking up the sun.
Something interesting – Tarrissa devotes a significant amount of her time and energy into animal and wildlife rehabilitation and has 5 rescue kitties of her own!
Chief of Security / Paper Shredding Technician

Daisy is a native Texan and is our furriest BH team member. She has experience in home and office security and is skilled at document destruction. Daisy is a graduate of the Canine Good Citizen course through the American Kennel Club. Her favorite activities include playing fetch, belly rubs from clients, chewing on sticks and visiting the dog park.
Something interesting - Daisy can howl (when she wants to)!
Boston was born and raised in Georgetown and has quickly become our most energetic employee. He was trained by Daisy in all facets of home and office security and is always the first to sound the alarm if someone is at the door. Boston enjoys digging holes and chasing butterflies when he is “off the clock.”
Something interesting - Boston likes to cuddle, even though he weighs 100 pounds!
